Στόχος του webinar είναι να μας βοηθήσει να κατανοήσουμε τι είναι η εμμηνόπαυση, ποιες αλλαγές συμβαίνουν και ποια είναι τα συμπτώματά της.
Να ενημερωθούμε για τους διαφορετικούς τρόπους διαχείρισής τους, καθώς και να κατευθύνουμε προς τις κατάλληλες πηγές βοήθειας και υποστήριξης, ώστε οι εργαζόμενοί μας, να μπορούν να
λαμβάνουν τεκμηριωμένες αποφάσεις.
Τέλος να γνωρίζουμε πώς να υποστηρίζουμε τα στελέχη μας που βιώνουν συμπτώματα εμμηνόπαυσης. Επιπλέον, εξετάζουμε πώς η εμμηνόπαυση επηρεάζει άλλες πολιτικές του οργανισμού και
τον σημαντικό ρόλο που μπορούν να διαδραματίσουν το HR και η Επαγγελματική Υγεία στην υποστήριξη εργαζομένων και στελεχών.

ΘΕΜΑΤΟΛΟΓΙΑ:
