Based in Turkey, Yilmaz is known as a highly experienced training professional in delivery, planning and creating country-specific courses. He planned, designed, and operated the Training Center projects for Toyota Turkey and GM Turkey, the “Opel Academy”. He developed and delivered a wide range of courses in Technical, After Sales, Sales, Retail, P&A, Leadership, Management, Sales and some company-specific courses such as Alison Project & QNRS [Opel], HDCX [Harley Davidson], PI [Atlas Copco].

His business experience comes from 26 years working in different multinational companies such as Caterpillar, Toyota, GM, Raytheon, JCB, which of 15 years in L&D. He always combined his working life with knowledge from both, his University degree in Mechanical Engineering and his career in multinational companies.

Yilmaz has worked in different management levels such as Training Senior Chief, Training-, Country-, and General-Manager for the companies mentioned above.

Yilmaz is active across the world and delivers in both Turkish and English.
