Mental Toughness Master Class
Thursday 9 December | 13:00-15:30 EET (11:00-13:30 GMT) | Live on your screen via zoom | (ελληνική έκδοση)
In crisis periods, how do we manage to thrive in our professional and personal lives, rather than just survive?
In crisis periods such as the COVID period we are going through, in daily work and in personal lives, in preparing an important presentation, in delivering a project with an urgent deadline, every person can experience decisive moments, where the level at which the individual Mental Toughness is, has a greater impact on performance than exceptional knowledge of the technical part of the work can have on its own.
The development of Mental Toughness is not achieved overnight. It is developed and improved through practice and experience, just like any other important skill. Most employees who want to achieve quantitative/qualitative goals invest in training to learn the technical part of the job well, to be able to perform tasks, make decisions, answer critical questions, deliver a project, etc. But what do they do to cultivate individual Mental Toughness?
- What is Mental Toughness?
- To what extent does a company need employees with Mental Toughness?
- What is the benefit of cultivating individual Mental Toughness?
- What are the key components that contribute to the cultivation of Mental Toughness?
- Is there a reliable way to measure the Mental Toughness of an employee, a work group, a department, an entire organization?
- How can cultivating Mental Toughness contribute to effective challenge management and high performance?
These are some of the questions that will be answered in the Master Class that will take place live on the zoom platform on Thursday 9 December 2021, at 13:00 EET (11:00 am GMT).
Upon registration you receive a detailed report on the development of your individual Mental Toughness (Mental Toughness sample report), after completing the MTQPlus self-awareness questionnaire.
