Nikolaos moved from Chemical Engineering (NTUA, 1992) to the IT field since 1991 and to the field of IT Compliance and Process Optimization since 2004.

He is familiar with international IT Governance, IT Security and Business Continuity standards and he has used them in various projects he has been assigned since 2004.

His Project Management competences have been tested and proved effective in several projects in which he had project management role.

He has already designed and implemented ISO 27001 certified Information Security Management Systems, ISO 20000 certified IT Service Management Systems and ISO 22301 certified Business Continuity Management Systems in Greece and Middle East.

His experience in the IT Service Management field has been used in more than 5000 hours of ITIL, Six Sigma and ISO Management Systems training in all levels and enhanced through the implementation of IT Service Management systems worldwide.

Mr. Vasileiadis delivers training and applies the Six Sigma Methodology as a tool of process optimization and total quality in various market sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, banking and sales / marketing.

He is interested in Agile Transformations, IT governance, compliance, process optimization, project management and security consultancy assignments to which he has much to offer after 25 years of experience in the field.
